RIP.  What a lot you did professionally plus just being a good and kind person to your family and friends.  My thoughts and prayers go out to Del Rae and your extensive family and friends.  You will be missed.

Wally was my neighbor, if you can call them neighbors when your farms are miles apart. I did not know Wally very well until he married DelRae. When we would talk, I would typically have a conversation with Wally, also. I am grateful for that. We connected on our growing up years on the Swamp Road as it was called. Since Wally will be brought "home" to Taylor Cemetery, it will not be far from the members of my paternal and maternal families. I hope I can attend the services. DelRae:  When you have time, I left you a text when I learned Wally had died. We will talk when life allows.  Diane Bartels

Condolences and heartfelt prayers for Del Rae and your extended family as you mourn the loss of your dear Wally. May you feel the embrace of your heavenly Father as He promises to never leave nor forsake you -- and that's especially true at a time of deep loss. "May the Lord bless you, may the Lord keep you, may the Lord make his face shine upon you, be gracious unto you and give you His peace!"

DelRae:  so sorry to hear of your loss.  What a great guy Wally (Bo) was and I enjoyed just being around him when the opportunity arose.  All the best to you during this difficult time.

DelRae,  So sorry to hear of Wally's passing.  I look back on the day you two showed up at our house in Knoxville, TN, and think how quickly time passes and how quickly our health can change.  I know you enjoyed each other very much and you will have good memories.

Del Rae, our class lost a real friend.  Wally was a great classmate.  For senior skip day Wally and I went to the West Bend Grotto.  I don't remember why we decided to go there, but I know it was something we both wanted to do.  The Grotto was created by a priest who stone by stone made the Grotto to show the stations of the Cross that Jesus endured for us.  As I reflect on that skip day journey with Wally, I find it interesting that Wally became a mason and placed together many stones in his life and I became a pastor.  Perhaps we saw  something that day that made an impression on what we would do with our lives.  He accomplished much and will always be remembered as a great classmate and friend.  May God's comforting Spirit be with you.
